The people of Barnsley have once again shown the strength of their community spirit after raising an incredible £5,940 for Barnsley Pride during Pride Month.

Local residents joined forces throughout June to support the fundraising effort, helping to secure a significant boost for the visibility of the LGBTQ+ community, as it continues its work championing inclusion, equality and support for LGBTQ+ people across the borough.

The impressive total reflects the growing support for Pride in Barnsley and highlights the town's commitment to celebrating diversity and bringing people together.

Every donation via our official GoFundMe platform, act of kindness, and shared belief in our mission empowers us to champion equality and foster a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies across our community. We are truly grateful for your generosity.
