This Volunteers’ Week 2026, Barnsley Pride is proud to celebrate the incredible people who give their time, energy, passion, and support to help make Barnsley Pride and events possible.
Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. From supporting events and engaging with the community to helping create safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for LGBTQ+ people and allies across Barnsley, their dedication makes a real difference every single day.
Volunteering is about more than giving time — it’s about building connections, supporting equality, championing diversity, and helping our community thrive. Every volunteer brings something unique, and together they help create the vibrant spirit that Barnsley Pride is known for.
