Stall pitch fees apply as follows:
• £45 Charity and Non-Profit
• £110 Business and For-Profit
• £150 Hospitality Vendors
Once your stall has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice which is required to be paid 30 dates from being received.
Applications to register your interest for a pitch at Barnsley Pride 2026 are now open. The closing date and deadline is Thursday 30 May 2026.
Once you have accepted an offer, your application has become a booking. No refunds are paid on cancelled stalls.
You may not sell, lend, transfer or sub-let the stall to anyone else.
The decision of Barnsley Pride is final. You are required to comply with all reasonable requests from Barnsley Pride team members during the event.
Your stall must be open for the duration of the event (12.00pm-5.00pm) unless agreed in advance, in writing, with Barnsley Pride. You may not close or break down your stall before 16.00pm.
The site will be open from 7.00am - 11.30am for vehicle access. After this time, for health and safety reasons, no vehicle will be prohibited to access the event site.
It is the responsibility of the stall vendor to provide their own 3m x 3m marquee with three side walls and a roof. There is NO electricity supply available, so those needing it will need to obtain a generator.
You must have £5m of public liability insurance and you must provide evidence of cover to Barnsley Pride during the application process.
You will be able to park on the pride site for unloading and loading, but only during an allocated time slot; you will need to make your own arrangements for parking your vehicle away from the Pride footprint for the duration of the day.
Your organisation or business must be fully inclusive of everyone in the LGBT+ community.
The following items are prohibited: glass, diesel or petrol generators, fuel, smoke machines or smoke effects, amplified music, strobe lighting, confetti, or the sale of food and drink, unless registering as a hospitality vendor.
You may not give away stickers, plastic carrier bags, confetti or any other item that causes excessive litter (please check with us for advice).
No fundraising is allowed, except for Barnsley Pride. This includes offering a service or product in return for a donation, or asking people to sign up to direct debits etc.
You must not sub-let your stall to a third party. Any stall that has been sub-let will be immediately closed by Barnsley Pride and no refund will be applicable.
No waste service is provided and you must take all rubbish away with you from the stall. If you leave rubbish, or leave it by public bins, this is fly-tipping and you may be fined by Barnsley Council.
