Pride doesn’t just happen, does it? It takes a whole lot of brilliant people, businesses, performers, volunteers and community organisations pulling together to make Barnsley Pride what it is.

And let’s be honest — we do things a little differently round here. Barnsley Pride is Pride with a local personality. It’s proudly grassroots, proudly Barnsley and proudly about bringing our community together.

You don’t need to be an LGBTQ+ organisation to get involved either. Businesses, community groups, charities, organisations, allies and good folk from across Barnsley and beyond are all welcome.
