Where applicable, reduced or complimentary spaces may be available for charities, community groups and support organisations. Please provide details of your organisation when applying.

Food and drink vendors may be able to apply, subject to the relevant food safety, licensing and event requirements. Additional documentation may be required.
Alcohol sales are subject to event arrangements, licensing requirements and approval from the event organisers. Please declare this on your application rather than assuming it is permitted.

You can make a request when applying, but stall locations are allocated by the Barnsley Pride team based on the overall event layout and operational requirements. We can't guarantee specific locations.
Shared stalls may be possible, but this must be agreed with Barnsley Pride in advance. Please provide details of both organisations when applying.
Electrical requirements must be declared in advance. Any equipment used at the event must meet the relevant safety requirements, and additional arrangements may be necessary. Please note that no electricity output will be available for outdoor vendors.
Yes, all stall vendors must be able to produce their £5 million Public Liability Insurance certificate as part of the application process.
Depending on what you're selling or doing, you may need additional documentation, licences, registrations or certificates. We'll let you know what is required as part of the application process.
Of course! We welcome new businesses, organisations and community groups. You don't need to have attended before.
No. Applications are subject to review, available space and the requirements of the event. Your place isn't confirmed until you've received confirmation from Barnsley Pride.
We'll contact you once applications have been reviewed. Please keep an eye on your email, including your junk or spam folder. 14 days after the deadline.
If your application is accepted and a fee applies, we'll provide payment and invoicing information when sending your confirmation. Your place may not be confirmed until payment has been received.

No worries! Get in touch with the Barnsley Pride team and we'll be happy to help. Basically... if you're thinking "Can I bring it to Pride?" — just ask! We'd rather you ask us beforehand than turn up on the day with a gazebo, a generator and 400 inflatable flamingos.
